Founded in 2000, JS Replogle & Associates, LLC is an independent investment firm in Virginia built on one principle: relationships come first. We provide client-first financial advice and portfolio management from our office in Bridgewater, VA—just South of downtown Harrisonburg. As fiduciary financial advisors, our mission is simple:

As a fee-only firm, we don’t earn commissions or sell financial products. Our compensation is a flat percentage of assets under management—typically 1% and negotiable for large accounts. That means no hidden costs, no outside incentives, and no conflicts of interest. Just clear, straightforward advice focused on your long-term success.

JS Replogle & Associates, LLC is based in Bridgewater, VA, and proud to support the local community, including membership in the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce. But our reach goes far beyond the Shenandoah Valley. We work with clients from Maine to Florida and out to Colorado, and many states in between—many of whom were referrals from personal relationships that turned into long-term partnerships.

    Principal Advisor (Series 65), founded the firm after a career in publishing and decades of experience guiding families and organizations through charitable giving, legacy planning, and long-term investing.

    Data & Technical Advisor (Series 65), brings deep financial and technical expertise to our investment strategy and client reporting. Eric also serves on local nonprofit boards and is a Notary Public in Virginia.
